I work in the textile and fine art field where I use traditional techniques and materials to create a range of homeware, wearable accessories, paintings and illustrations. Having studied Textiles  at Academy of Arts in  Lithuania  I came to Sheffield to complete  MA in  Design at Hallam University. This enabled me to further develop my previous experience in textiles as well as the opportunity to explore and use my crafted skills in experimenting with traditional materials such as wool and silk. I also mix these with synthetics and transform them in various contemporary styles.
 
My work is primarily inspired by colour, emotion, nature and the world passed by.
